This Friday, March 11th, Mike Epps returns to NJPAC alongside Gary Owen and Cocoa Brown for the Festival of Laughs tour. Tickets can be purchased by clicking HERE. Epps, known from playing roles in Survivor’s Remorse, Hangover 3, Next Friday and the sequel Friday After Next.
The winner of an NAACP Image Award for his role in Jumping the Broom, Epps first appeared on the Def Comedy Jam tour, and has also been seen in major releases, including The Fighting Temptations; All About the Benjamins; Hancock; The Janky Promoters, Sparkle and Next Day Air. His recent stand-up specials, Mike Epps: Underrated and Never Faded and Mike Epps Presents …, have both aired on Showtime.
Gary Owen is one of the stars of the hit comedy film “Think Like A Man Too” and the original film “Think Like A Man,” both opening at #1 at the box office. He was last seen in “Ride Along” with Ice Cube and Kevin Hart. Two appearances on BET’s ComicView won him his own one-hour “grandstand” show. At the end of the season he was selected from the year’s four “grandstanders” to be the host.
Cocoa Brown, whose credits include Tyler Perry’s critically acclaimed comedy
series “For Better or Worse” on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network and “Lakeview Terrace” with Samuel L. Jackson.
