Index Art Center hosted their 6th annual BBQ this past Saturday at 27 Mix. It was a day for family, friends, fun, and of course, the famed Merkel Burger. Newark Print Shop set up a pop-up shop, screen-print some fun images onto tote bags and t-shirts for sale during the event. Exhibiting artists at 27 Mix were Anna Ryabtsov and Sohoah Angela Lee. The after party at Kilkenny Alehouse included performances by GOVT, New Jersey Fun Squad, Young Legs, and Microwave Death.
