The Price Is Right is coming to Newark live at NJPAC! That’s right, the hit interactive game show that gives guests the chance to “come on down” and win “a brand new car” (or a washer/dryer set) will be right here in Newark, Friday, April 17th.
Who doesn’t remember growing up watching Bob Barker host a frenzied crowd while contestants anxiously guessed product prices in an effort to win the big prize? Prizes usually included appliances, vacations and yes, a new car! Bob Barker hosted The Price Is Right for an astounding 35 years before handing over the microphone to Drew Carey.
Playing to near sold-out audiences for nearly nine years, The Price Is Right Live! has given away more than $10 million in cash and prizes. To register for the chance to be a contestant, visit the registration area in the lobby from 5 to 7:45pm on Friday, April 17th. Registration will not be accepted after 7:45pm.
