Kearny PBA Local #21, a Kearny, New Jersey-based nonprofit charitable organization with a local reputation for throwing incredible fundraisers year after year, announced that they are officially hosting their second annual Food Truck & NJ Beer Craft Festival at the Frank A. Vincent Marina this May 6th from 12pm to 7pm.
Passionate about hosting one of the best food and beer festivals in New Jersey, Kearny’s event will feature the best food trucks in the Tri-State area, including 20 plus gourmet food trucks: Cupcake Carnivale, Amanda Bananas, Fed by Ed, My Four Suns, Oink and Moo BBQ, 1 Potato Two, Mexi-Flip Taco Truck, Callahan’s and much more.
“After the immense success of our first event, we are busy planning to make our second one the best food truck event of the season,” said John Fabula, Kearny PBA Event Coordinator. “We donate the first portion of the event proceeds to Tour de Force NY, a nonprofit organization that raises money for the families of police officers who were killed in the line of duty. As such, we want to raise as much money as possible to benefit this incredible partnering nonprofit entity.” Any funds raised at the event that go above and beyond the event goal are donated to local charity and youth organizations that the Kearny PBA works closely with every year.
This year’s event, in addition to the plethora of food trucks, will also play host to 12 NJ Craft Breweries, amusement for kids, including a climbing rock wall, bounce house, obstacle course, plaster painting, and a group art project held by Montclair Art Museum. Additionally, there will be live music all day from brands that include Lifespeed and Good Noise.
For interested attendees, tickets are only $5 in advance and $10 at the door.
