The second edition of the Newark Business Hub #LetsGrow Power Hour on Blab “Express Newark Up Close” goes in-depth about the future of the historic Hahnes building and Rutgers vision to create a community collaboratory that fosters arts, media, and storytelling.

Anne Englot has been instrumental in forging dialogue and reinforcing the connections and collaboration between the Rutgers University and community groups, artists and arts organizations in the development of Express Newark: A University Community Collaboratory in the former Hahne’s department store as well as the arts space in the historic American Insurance Building at 15 Washington Street.

Victor Davson is a practicing artist and founding director since 1983 of Aljira, a Center for Contemporary Art in Newark, New Jersey. This call promises to be a powerful learning opportunity for Newark-area entrepreneurs.
