I had a conversation with a man yesterday about Newark, the commercial and residential development happening, the people moving into Newark from New York or the mid-west or wherever. We talked about Newark’s nightlife and the quality of living for residents. Then he said, “You know what Newark needs? A comedy club.” And I agree completely.
