Restaurants can use support now more than ever. When the businesses we love are impacted, the people and neighborhoods that rely on them are too. To that end, Discover is giving $5 Million to support Black-owned restaurants.
Each week award recipients will be randomly drawn from the nominees that have been entered to that point. There will be 200 different restaurants that will receive a $25,000 award. Patrons can use social media to nominate a Black-owned restaurant, through October. You can submit up to five nominations per social media channel.
On Twitter: Tag the restaurant and @Discover and use hashtags #EatItForward and #Sweepstakes in your post to submit your nomination.
On Instagram: Post a photo and make sure you tag the restaurant and @Discover and use hashtags #EatItForward and #Sweepstakes to submit your nomination.
On Facebook: Leave a comment with the name of the restaurant on posts on the Discover page that asks for nominations for the #EatItForward program.
