Edison Properties announced it has signed a lease with Freshii, a popular fast casual chain that started in Canada and has expanded to over 60 US locations, for 1,829 square feet to occupy the fourth retail space at Newark’s premiere office building, Ironside Newark. Freshii is expected to open spring 2021 with a storefront on Edison Place, providing direct access to the North lobby atrium. Freshii joins other well-known retailers at Ironside Newark including Halal Guys, SportsMed Physical Therapy and Oren’s Daily Roast.
