Co-founder and CEO, Medina, explained the vision behind the new campus, emphasizing its role in providing scalable solutions for businesses of varying sizes. “These HQs allow larger-scale businesses to brand themselves without the need to build out an entire space,” said Medina.

The space offers a range of options, from pre-furnished suites to customizable setups, enabling businesses to tailor their workspace according to their needs. Collaboration with furniture company Max Blau ensures efficient customization, providing amenities like standing desks and personal lockers.

Medina highlighted the significance of Equal Space’s presence in a premium location like 550 Broad Street. “Visibility is key. Commanding this size square footage sends a message to stakeholders and our people that we’re worthy of this facility,” he explained.

The OG campus at 89 Market Street remains dedicated to fostering creativity and social justice, while the new campus at 550 Broad Street focuses on tech, innovation, and convening.

Equal Space’s grand opening represents a milestone in workspace solutions, emphasizing flexibility, scalability, and collaboration. The new campus aims to redefine how businesses approach their workspace needs, offering a dynamic environment for growth and prosperity.
