Last night, Akintola Hanif (Editor-In-Chief, HYCIDE) and Steven Kern (Executive Director, The Newark Museum) hosted an eventing of art, culture, dance, and community. People from near and far converged on the Newark Museum to take in the wonderfully curated event. The Newark Times was there to capture the beauty. It is our hope that this is the only the first of many earnest efforts to engage the community and bridge the gap between the institution and the populace in an accessible way. One time for HYCIDE! One time for The Newark Museum!
