Newark Moonlight Cinema has partnered with Amazon for their national A Night at the Drive-In Tour curated by Michael B. Jordan!
Newark Moonlight will be part of the tour on Wednesday, August 12th and Wednesday, August 26th — free features Do The Right Thing and Coming to America respectively!
“A Night at the Drive-In” is a nationwide summer screening program featuring a wide selection of films celebrating multi-cultural voices in cinema. In an effort to evoke the nostalgic joy of a summer evening at the drive-in with family and friends, attendance will be at no cost to local communities. As part of the concessions for the screenings, all attendees will receive refreshments provided by Black and Brown owned businesses, which are Path Water, PipcornPopcorn and Partake Cookies.
