The event, held on November 19, 2024, at 550 Broad Street, included a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by BET 106 & Park icon Marie “FREE” Wright and featured a panel of advertising industry leaders.

The ribbon-cutting event celebrated pocstock’s fifth anniversary and highlighted its recent achievements, including a $1.6 million seed investment and a global partnership with Canva. Panelists Walter Geer III, Chief Creative Officer at VML, and Patrick Bennett, Global Chief Creative Officer at Jack Morton, joined moderator Bridget Esposito, VP, Head of Creative, Brand at Prudential Financial, to discuss diversity’s role in shaping the future of advertising.

A Strategic Move to Newark

pocstock’s headquarters is part of Audible’s Business Attraction Program, designed to support Black-founded businesses and foster economic growth in Newark. The 550 Broad Street building, managed by Fidelco Realty Group, serves as a hub for innovative organizations. “pocstock’s tenancy exemplifies our commitment to transforming Newark into a thriving business ecosystem,” said Kerri B. Levine, Principal at Fidelco.
