Newark School of the Arts (NCSA) announced that it has received a $20,000 grant from The PwC Foundation, Inc.. This funding supports the school’s 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Merchandising Program. This innovative initiative prepares students with creative and technical skills for the future of art, design, and industry.

The grant is part of the PwC Foundation’s Reimagine Grants program. This program provides targeted support to nonprofits. It focuses on expanding educational opportunities in underserved communities. Since 2018, the program has awarded over $63 million to more than 800 organizations nationwide. This helps close opportunity gaps and drives economic mobility.

The grant reinforces NCSA’s commitment to offering accessible, high-quality arts education. Through this program, NCSA students will explore new artistic mediums. They will also gain valuable exposure to STEM-aligned skills. These skills support economic advancement and self-sufficiency.
