Just when you thought Newark couldn’t get any better, another amazing thing happens. Newark, NJ has already solidified it’s rep for a historically relevant and innovative art and music scene, but in this case more is more. SoFar Sounds, the latest addition to the art and music scene in Newark, is a global community where music lovers and artists come together to experience music in an intimate setting at a secret concert. SoFar Sounds started in London in March 2009 by Rafe Offer, Rocky Start and Dave Alexander. What makes this even more exciting? The location of the event is not disclosed until the day before. Mysterious right ? Yes, it is.
