This Mother’s Day, United Way of Greater Newark will host a Virtual 5k Fun Run/Walk fundraiser to help the organization continue making an impact in the community. This is a great way to help United Way of Greater Newark continue working to disrupt the cycle of poverty in our communities through educational opportunities, health equity, and financial stability.
To show your support, you can sign up at UWGN RUN UNITED VIRTUAL 5K (runsignup.com) and run on or before May 8th. Run any time of day, post your 5k time on Instagram and tag The Newark Times and United Way of Greater Newark. You can run with your mom or in honor of your mom. Where can you run/walk?
