The Newark Regional Business Partnership (NRBP) have appointed Kim Lewis-Collins as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development.

In this newly created executive leadership position, Lewis-Collins will direct brand strategy, corporate sponsorship architecture, digital marketing, and signature event promotion across both entities.

Lewis-Collins brings over two decades of executive marketing and corporate growth experience to the role. Her career spans consumer packaged goods, higher education leadership, and corporate marketing across major Fortune 500 brands.

A Legacy of Corporate Leadership and Multicultural Engagement

Lewis-Collins began her corporate marketing career at Kraft before holding senior marketing positions at Avis Budget Group, Mondelez, and Verizon. Throughout her career, she developed a reputation for pioneering multicultural marketing strategies designed to build authentic connections with diverse consumer bases—an emphasis that directly mirrors NRBP and RNF’s core mandate to promote inclusive economic vitality throughout Greater Newark.

Most recently, Lewis-Collins served as Executive Director of the Full-time MBA Careers Team at the NYU Stern School of Business. She earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from Syracuse University.
