Last night, NJPAC was filled with good vibes, beautiful people, and the classic reggae tunes of Shaggy, Maxi Priest, and Sanchez.

Sanchez started the night off singing classics and covers that got everyone in the audience settled into the vibes.  Paying respect to Reggae legends of the past, Sanchez interrupted a portion of his set to have the band play tunes like Bob Marley’s “Three Little Birds”.  Maxi Priest followed up with timeless classics like the Shabba Ranks collaboration “Your Body Can’t Lie To Me” with a voice that hasn’t seemed to falter one bit since the record first hit the charts in 1991.

Shaggy anchored the night with a high energy set that kept the audience on their feet with hits like the Grammy Award winning “Mr. Boombastic” and a slew of other hits.

The Newark Times was there to cover the action.  Check out these pictures from the night.
