Equal Standard Screening starring Tobias Truvillion

In the feature film Equal Standard, starring Tobias Truvillion and Ice-T, written by Taheim Bryan and directed by Brendan Kyle Cochrane, New York City police officers lives collide in interweaving stories of race, rank, loss, and betrayal. The film follows an off-duty New York City police detective (Truvillion) who gets caught in an inner-city brawl with undercover cops who are convinced he is a local street thug. The melee ends in a tragic death followed by an uproar within gangs and among cops in neighboring communities and across the city.Actor Tobias Truvillion will host a screening and Q&A at Cityplex.
